Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to lead the design, planning, and construction of breakwater systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of key coastal infrastructure in the region. As a breakwater specialist, you will oversee the development of robust protection systems for port infrastructure.

  • Design & Construction of Breakwater Systems: Lead the design, planning, and construction of rubblemound, vertical, and hybrid breakwaters.
  • Project Management: Oversee port expansion projects ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coastal & Marine Engineering: Apply expertise in hydrodynamics, coastal erosion, and sediment transport to optimize breakwater and shoreline protection systems.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with government bodies, environmental agencies, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Safety & Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines and sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact during construction.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in breakwater construction, port development, or coastal engineering projects.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing breakwater systems, including knowledge of materials, hydrodynamics, and coastal processes.
  • Ability to manage large teams and collaborate across departments to meet project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in challenging coastal environments.
