Senior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and take on the challenge of creating visually stunning and high-performing ad creatives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertorial and listicle formats, as well as expertise in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. They will be able to craft compelling visuals that align with performance marketing strategies and drive clicks and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-converting static and animated creatives for advertorials, product showcases, and listicle-driven ad campaigns.
  • Craft scroll-stopping visuals that align with performance marketing strategies for Meta, Google, TikTok, and native ad platforms.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to align messaging and visuals for direct-response outcomes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple eCommerce brands and verticals.
  • Contribute to A/B testing ideas and analyze what creative elements drive clicks and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in eCommerce design, with a portfolio showcasing high-performing static and GIF creatives.
  • Deep understanding of advertorial/listicle formats and how to visually support persuasive storytelling.
  • Expertise in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or similar motion/GIF tools).
  • Proven ability to design for mobile-first audiences.
  • Experience in direct-response marketing, particularly in paid social and display advertising.
