Job Title: High Availability Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled High Availability Specialist to drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and reliable systems that meet our customers' evolving needs.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic solutions using DevOps tools and techniques to enhance our delivery processes and minimize downtime.
  • Your expertise in designing and implementing dashboards for monitoring using Grafana/Dynatrace will enable us to improve system visibility and reduce errors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement advanced monitoring systems to provide real-time insights into system performance.
  2. Configure and set up Open Telemetry to monitor system health and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop Python scripts to automate tasks, improve system efficiency, and streamline workflows.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancement and implement data-driven solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in AWS, DevOps, and related tools.
  • Experience with Grafana/Dynatrace and Open Telemetry.
  • Strong understanding of Python programming and scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
