Guitar Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guitar Instructor to join our team.

About the Role:

• Teach guitar lessons to students aged 4-14 online, creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Develop lesson plans that cater to individual students' needs and goals, ensuring maximum progress and enjoyment.
• Evaluate student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other instructors to develop curriculum and share best practices.
• Conduct demo sessions and engage in conversions to promote course sales.
• Deliver group and private lessons as required, adapting instruction to meet the needs of each student.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Music (Guitar) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music.
• Proven teaching experience (1+ years) with a focus on guitar instruction.
• Familiarity with technology-enhanced education would be an asset.
