Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit top talent for IT positions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and job seekers
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Hexaware or TCS
  • Knowledge of US IT market trends and requirements
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (approximate USD equivalent $110,000 - $160,000)
