Financial Services Associate Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and promoting financial products to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cross-Selling Financial Products:
    • Proactively identify opportunities to sell insurance products, fixed deposits, and other financial products to home loan customers.
  • Business Sourcing & Target Achievement:
    • Generate new business through open market sourcing and internal leads.
  • Product & Market Knowledge:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products and stay updated on competitors' offerings.
  • Customer Profiling & Need-Based Selling:
    • Conduct thorough profiling during customer interactions to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collaboration with Home Loan Executives:
    • Build strong relationships with mapped Home Loan Executives and conduct joint customer calls to maximize cross-selling.
  • Holistic Customer Relationship Management:
    • Foster long-term relationships with customers by addressing their broader financial needs.
  • Partner Coordination:
    • Work closely with partner representatives to ensure seamless customer servicing and business generation.
  • Shared Customer Ownership:
    • Acknowledge joint ownership of customer relationships and ensure consistent servicing and support.
  • Business Renewal & Compliance:
    • Ensure timely renewal of sourced business and follow all defined sales processes and regulations.
  • Professionalism & Presentation:
    • Maintain a professional appearance and keep the sales kit well-organized and up-to-date.
  • Work Ethic & Company Culture:
    • Demonstrate a company-first mindset and uphold respectful conduct towards colleagues, superiors, and partners.
