Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in helping our customers plan and implement successful cloud journeys.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures. They will be responsible for driving technical solutions discussions with customer teams, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders from technical teams to executives.

As a trusted technical advisor, the Cloud Solutions Architect will use their interpersonal skills to ensure that short-term technology decisions are aligned with long-term goals. They will also act as a thought leader in the wider community, participating in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to shape the direction of our products and services by gathering feedback from customers while collaborating with our engineering and service teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures
  • Drive technical solutions discussions with customer teams
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders from technical teams to executives
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring short-term technology decisions are aligned with long-term goals
  • Participate in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops
Requirements:
  • 8 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data analytics)
  • 3 years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  • 8 years of IT development or implementation consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
  • Background in any other following or related to Technology Architect, Consultant, Cloud Architect, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Systems Engineer, etc.
