Content Production Specialist

About this role:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute content production for various formats such as photos, reels and videos.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design and strategy teams to develop ideas that align with brand objectives.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely execution and quality consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates and viral formats on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create engaging content across different formats.
  • Manage shoots from pre-production to final output.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure content alignment with brand goals.
  • Edit videos and photos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions with a positive attitude and curiosity about culture and community.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in content creation or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing photoshoots, reel production and post-production editing.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, assets and deliverables.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt, learn and evolve creatively.
