Responsibilities -

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives.
  • Create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to lay the foundation for seamless product experiences.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop wireframes during pre-sales and post-sales phases to facilitate client understanding of user journeys.
  • Guide the development team in implementing user journeys.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and ensure client approval.
  • Maintain smooth design handoffs to the development team, ensuring no gaps in the process.
  • Closely review development builds and provide feedback to guarantee adherence to UX/UI recommendations.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spoken nature, quick learning ability, and drive to excel.
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing UX/UI for Mobile App Development projects.
  • Familiarity with Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of the app development process.
  • Ability to generate new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Design thinking expertise.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies will be advantageous.
