Guest Reservation Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Reservation Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs). They will provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide detailed information on hotel amenities, services, and packages to guests.
  • Upsell and promote hotel services to increase revenue and drive sales conversions.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and repeat guests.
  • Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor OTA bookings and guest reviews to ensure timely responses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and OTA platforms.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
