About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4 HANA Functional Consultant (FICO) with expertise in financial planning and control modules to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules with hands-on experience in S/4 HANA implementations, end-to-end solution design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop functional solution designs for SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules (Finance & Controlling).
  • Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications and validate technical solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting.
  • Strong expertise in S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
  • At least 1–2 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation projects.
  • Deep understanding of financial, accounting, and controlling processes and their integration with other SAP modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC processes in SAP implementation and support environments.
  • Ability to work closely with developers, test solutions, and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
