Key Responsibilities
  • Support the SAP IS-U FI-CA application by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensure all related incidents and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings (or sooner) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Interact with stakeholders and other streams to understand business requirements, coordinate with offshore consortium and ensure project delivery timelines.
  • Design and implement complex requirements related to regulatory and non-regulatory requirements.
  • Resource planning and estimating developments, ensuring execution as per planning.
  • Coordinate work with Business IT team and Wipro onsite-offshore team and define objectives and development plan includes develop documentation independently analyses, solves, and corrects issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

Continuously improve and automate business processes, tracks issues and documents changes.
