Senior UX/UI Designer Job Description

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for tech startups and are deeply committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative products (Mobile Apps & Web Apps) with some of the most talented founders in the world.

  • Interact with clients to understand their business objectives and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to establish a strong foundation for outstanding product experiences.
  • Present your findings to stakeholders and collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to facilitate effective communication with clients.
  • Provide guidance to the development team on user journey and design assets.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approval.
  • Ensure that the development team receives all necessary design assets in a timely manner.
  • Review development builds and offer feedback to ensure adherence to UX/UI recommendations.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spoken demeanor, quick learning abilities, and a strong drive to excel.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for Mobile App Development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of the app development process.
  • Ability to generate new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and design thinking.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodology is an asset.
