Job Overview

The Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned team members. This leadership position ensures the highest quality desktop environment and user experience for our organization.

This is an opportunity to excel in a technical lead role, planning and implementing service initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Ensure efficient operation of subordinate team members, sustain service level agreements, maintain documentation, and design future support offerings.
  • Strategy & Planning: Contribute to strategic technology planning, educate staff on technology usage, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Leadership: Provide direction, coach team members, identify areas of responsibility, and evaluate performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on service experience.
  • CISA certification preferred.
  • Proven execution of technology projects, experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Intune.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, networking, and personal computer hardware.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting applications, such as CCH Engagement and Thomson GoSystem Tax.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated managerial and mentoring abilities.
