Senior Backend Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled backend developer to join our development team in Hyderabad.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  2. Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications and external systems.
  3. Develop and optimize microservices-based architectures.
  4. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
  5. Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  6. Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
  7. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality.
  8. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
  9. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
  • Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
  • Good knowledge of OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Good understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
  • Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in backend applications (authentication, authorization, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito.
