Research and Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of new products, conducting experiments and trials, maintaining detailed records, and reporting results to the team leader.

The primary duties include:

  • Conducting experimental research to develop new products under the guidance of the team leader
  • Managing laboratory trials to validate process
  • Documenting experimental records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Providing qualitative observations from experiments to team leaders
  • Assisting in literature reviews on novel synthetic routes for dyes and pigments
  • Developing novel synthetic routes free from toxic or hazardous substances
  • Scaling up laboratory trials to pilot plant level to validate processes

Key Qualifications:

Applicants must possess prior experience in R&D of dyes/pigments, knowledge of azo chemistry, dyes/pigments chemistry, and dyes intermediates.
