Product Development Lead Position

As a Product Development Manager at our organization, you will oversee product development teams and establish best practices for engineering processes. You will provide guidance and review on product design, ensure functional engineering domain expertise is deployed, and develop architectural design frameworks to deliver high-quality information systems.

The ideal candidate will have overall experience of 10 years in software lifecycle development, with at least 5 years of software development experience including complex whole life cycle software development management experience. You should also have experience leading agile teams, preferably, and be proficient in delivering and selling your vision through all levels of management.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and review on product design
  • Ensuring that functional engineering domain expertise is deployed and integrated in an efficient and effective manner
  • Developing/enhancing architectural design frameworks
  • Managing technically focused agile teams across multiple locations

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field, and Master's Degree preferred. You should also have knowledge of Agile principles, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
