**Senior Backend Developer Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced tech lead to spearhead the development of scalable Python-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with advanced Python development skills and exposure to GenAI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage MongoDB, Redis, FastAPI, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to design and implement efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with data platforms including Impala for high-performance querying and Autosys for job scheduling.
  • Mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Drive agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Liaise with stakeholders from banking operations, risk, and compliance to align technical solutions with business needs.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 15 years of total experience, with 10+ years of hands-on experience in advanced Python development and design patterns.
  • Strong experience in MongoDB, Redis, FastAPI, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of React Framework and frontend-backend integration.
  • Familiarity with Impala, Autosys, and distributed systems.
  • Proven leadership in managing mid-sized engineering teams.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is mandatory.
