This is a key role that involves driving sales, monitoring brand performance, and improving customer experience and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Driving Sales: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, average order value (AOV), and other key performance indicators (KPIs). They will also manage website content to align with monthly promotions, seasonal promotions, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitoring Brand Performance: This role requires the ability to secure margins in line with overall guidance. The ideal candidate will negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor, and report on performance. They will plan and execute brand campaigns across various platforms and take corrective actions to stay on course of the plan. Meeting the plan for recognition and awareness of accountable brands will be essential.
  • Improving Customer Experience and Retention: The Associate Category Manager will drive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation, and increased efficiency. They will develop processes and procedures to drive customer retention. Analyzing user experience across channels and touch points through web analytics and determining potential areas for improvement will be critical.

Requirements:

  • Category experience is strongly preferred.
  • The successful candidate must have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
