Reliability Expert Job

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Reliability Expert. The successful candidate will have experience in Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) techniques and methodologies.

About the Role:

The Senior/Lead DFT Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing DFT techniques to improve the reliability of complex digital systems.

This includes scan insertion, SCAN DRC/Coverage debug, ATPG pattern generation, and gate-level simulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DFT techniques to improve system reliability
  • Design and develop test benches for verifying DFT features
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT features into the design flow
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues related to DFT
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in DFT

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital fault tolerance techniques and methodologies
  • Experience with scan insertion, ATPG pattern generation, and gate-level simulations
  • Proficiency in Perl/Tcl scripting and JTAG/P1500 protocols
  • Familiarity with timing/formal verification and PD flow knowledge is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience in DFT engineering
