Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional AI Engineer to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual who can design, develop, and deploy scalable code and solutions that drive business impact.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning and Python programming, with strong proficiency in popular libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing model performance and scalability for real-world applications, developing reusable code and machine learning pipelines using tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow, and staying updated with the latest machine learning research and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Python.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  • Optimize model performance and scalability for real-world applications.
  • Develop reusable code and machine learning pipelines using tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
  • Stay updated with the latest machine learning research and technologies and apply them to solve business problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and Python programming.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • Experience with model deployment frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
