Job Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to drive digital transformation and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digitalization initiatives in commercial areas, ensuring timely completion and effective results.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document project requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate proposals, and facilitate workshops for successful project execution.
  • Perform thorough gap analysis between requirements and solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and document business processes that incorporate innovative solutions, ensuring alignment across agencies.
  • Lead delivery teams in developing and implementing applications, managing project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Ensure smooth rollout of applications, managing user acceptance and executing change management plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant innovations to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BE/BTech or Any Master's Degree
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Sales and Service Cloud and migrating legacy systems to Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce Integration tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Migration using tools like Data Loader, Dataloader.io, and ETL platforms.
  • Experience working with Manufacturing industry requirements or similar complex industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including code quality, security, governor limits, and scalability.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Sales Cloud) are highly preferred.
  • 4-6 years of Salesforce experience.

  • Good understanding of Einstein AI and Agentic AI is a plus.
