Job Description

• Solid experience with iOS APIs and frameworks is a must.
• Familiarity with Cocoa pods and Swift Package is required.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis are necessary.
• Knowledge of MVVM, MVP, and MVC design patterns is essential.
• Hands on experience with Hybrid Mobile App Development in IOS is preferred.
• Collaboration with other teams (e.g., Testing Team and overall Scrum Team) is required.
• Proficiency in building mobile apps from scratch using at least one mobile language (Swift/SwiftUI, Objective-C, C, C++ etc.) is expected.
• Publishing one or more iOS apps in the app store is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services is necessary.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning is essential.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs is required.
• Familiarity with object-oriented principles including knowledge of design patterns is necessary.
• Familiarity with commonly used data structures and algorithms is required.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization is a must.
• Understanding of Apple design principles and interface guidelines is necessary.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, is expected.
• Ability to multitask and deliver several features across handsets simultaneously is required.
• Working extensively on iOS , XCode 9 - 11, Swift / Swift UI Objective-C, Cocoa pods, Mac OSX for developing the iOS Universal application for iPhone, iWatch & iPad is necessary.
• Implementing Swift Package / Cocoa Pods Private libraries for handling app functionality using native and third-party frameworks is preferred.
• Making sure IOS Mobile App secure by performing Veracode/Checkmarx scan and providing solutions to avoid any vulnerability attack is essential.
• Fine tuning app performance by using XCode instrument tool and Google Firebase framework to monitor crashes and performance during development is necessary.
• Defining, developing, and maintaining web services and applications that consume them (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) using GET and POST methods is required.
• Supporting QA/Regression with bug fixes, test case creation support, and triage meetings for better app quality is necessary.
• Working with Gitlab/Cornerstone source control to committing, branching, and merging changes to the source code in repository is required.
• Working as part of a dynamic team through Safe Agile programming development process is essential.
• Collaboration with design team, QAs, scrum master, and product owner to implement enhancements or new applications during daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives is necessary.
• Provided cross-functional support as a member of a highly productive sprint team is a plus.
