Senior Associate, SAP Treasury Role

The position is responsible for delivering treasury projects and ensuring timely completion of project timelines and quality standards.

• Treasury Project Delivery:

This includes the implementation, rollouts, enhancements, and support of treasury projects. The role requires strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional & External Integration (WRICEF):

This involves working on WRICEF objects, ensuring effective cross-functional integration and seamless external systems integration. Strong problem-solving skills are required to address any challenges that may arise during this process.

• Testing, Optimization & Compliance:

This includes ensuring testing, quality assurance, process optimization, reporting, analytics, and compliance. Regular monitoring and evaluation of these processes are necessary to maintain high performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Organizational Relationships

Education and Experience Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Master's or bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant.

• 8+ years of overall SAP experience with 4+ years in Treasury-Risk and Cash Management modules.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in S/4HANA Treasury implementation, expertise in configuring Money Market, Forex, Securities, Derivatives, Trade Finance, Exposure, and Hedge Management, with end-to-end process knowledge.

• Experience integrating external applications such as FXALL, Finastra, and DTCC.

Candidates should also have knowledge of FSCM, Cash & Liquidity Management, and other Finance modules, as well as experience leading Business Process Workshops and conducting Fit/GAP analysis.

• Familiarity with Bank Communication Management (BCM), Bank Account Management (BAM), and Advanced Payment Management including In-House Bank (IHB) and Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC).

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, incident/change management tools, and project documentation tools.

This involves ensuring that testing methodologies are followed effectively, incident/change management tools are utilized efficiently, and project documentation tools are used to maintain accurate records.

Technical Skills Requirements

Candidates should possess solution design and configuration expertise in Treasury Transaction Manager and processes, including:

• Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives

This requires strong analytical skills to configure these processes effectively.

• 3PTY Debt Management, Securities

Candidates should also have knowledge of these processes and be able to configure them accurately.

• Trade Finance and Commodities

This involves configuring trade finance and commodities processes to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

• Knowledge in:

Candidates should possess knowledge in hedging management, exposure management, and hedge accounting, as well as familiarity with regulatory compliance including IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX.

• In-House Banking, Intercompany Netting, Intercompany FX Back-to-Back & Mirroring

Candidates should also have knowledge of these concepts and be able to apply them effectively.

• FSCM and Financial Accounting

This involves configuring FSCM and financial accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Experience integrating with other SAP modules and external systems:

Candidates should have hands-on experience integrating with other SAP modules and external systems, including FXALL, Finastra, DTCC, Bloomberg, and market data platforms.

• Hands-on experience with FICO User Exits, BAPIs, Function Modules, and directing ABAP developers.

• Clear understanding of the Treasury life cycle management.

Physical Position Requirements

This role requires regular working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift). Additional overlap with the EST time zone may be required during production go-live or critical milestones.
