Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Focused Architectural Lead to drive innovative design concepts and strategies for architectural and interior projects.

  • Lead the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations, demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Infuse creativity and innovation into architectural projects while surpassing traditional drafting methods.
  • Take charge of planning and developing design concepts, integrating artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Execute working & detailed drawings with precision, overseeing project compliance and design integrity.
  • Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
