About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations teams in implementing cutting-edge OT systems and solutions across various platforms and locations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust architecture for OT systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements, driving process optimization and efficiency.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that enhance pharmaceutical operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate new OT technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency, staying informed about emerging trends relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical expertise in OT systems, including SCADA, DCS, and MES.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Proven experience in solution design, implementation, and maintenance, with a focus on process automation and real-time monitoring.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, cybersecurity best practices, and infrastructure scalability.
