Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic paid campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as cost per click, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, return on ad spend, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for targeted advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Continuously run A/B testing for creative assets, copy variations, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high return on investment delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in agency environments managing multi-client campaigns.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
