Job Overview

We seek a strategic compensation professional to lead our Total Rewards strategy. This role drives employee engagement through effective pay practices and provides analytics to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement total rewards strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead workforce cost planning and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Conduct manpower planning and develop compensation structures.
  • Drive data-driven insights and design dashboards around rewards, headcount, productivity, and cost trends.
  • Partner with external consultants to manage compensation benchmarking and best practice reviews.
  • Own the performance-linked bonus and salary revision cycles.
  • Support HR teams with C&B advisory, job evaluations, and compensation structuring for offers and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with reward governance policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards / HR Analytics.
  • Postgraduate degree in HR or MBA from a recognized institute.
  • Deep understanding of manpower planning, total rewards, and incentive design.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR dashboards, and compensation tools.
  • Experience in handling large data sets, deriving insights, and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain high attention to detail.
