  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams and vice versa.

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Research and keep updated on Xactly and communicate trends and future needs to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with and building Sales Commission systems in a professional, fast-paced environment using Xactly Incent.
  • Data analytics knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with Xactly Analytics, Xactly Connect.
  • Xactly Connect platform development experience.
  • Knowledge of database querying and data visualization tools.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban, to effectively lead product development, prioritize features, and ensure iterative delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Human Resources processes (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation and Payroll, etc.), and the typical data structures required to support those processes.
  • Excellent integrations expert, or application developer, in projects involving cloud systems, integrations, and data.
  • Proven experience integrating SaaS solutions, using APIs, ETL tools, and/or other type of middleware (HR or non-HR applications).
  • Experience in service-oriented architectures (HR or non-HR applications).
  • Experience on IT processes to deliver services (at participant level, not required as service process owner).
  • Experience on Amazon Web Services, AI-powered solutions.
  • Previous experiences as programmer/coder would be an added value for the candidate.
  • Good SQL and/or databases understanding would be an added value for the candidate.
