Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Ontrack HR Services Pvt LTD. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, automating system configurations, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Automate Infrastructure Provisioning: Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Monitor System Performance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient software releases.
  • Implement Security Best Practices: Implement security best practices across the infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
  • Optimize Resource Usage: Optimize resource usage and manage cloud infrastructure costs.
  • Mentor Junior Engineers: Mentor and provide guidance to junior DevOps engineers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps.
  • Extensive Experience: Extensive experience with AWS platforms.
  • CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
  • Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
  • Containerization Technologies: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code Tools: Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Monitoring and Logging Tools: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • English Language: English Language Conversational.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Solution Architect: AWS Certified Solution Architect (Associate or Professional).
  • Multi-Cloud Environments: Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies.
  • Compliance and Security Standards: Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Agile and DevOps Methodologies: Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
