Job Description

The Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading and contributing to the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Costing, and more. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities, identify gaps, and propose solutions using Oracle best practices.

You will also be responsible for configuring SCM modules based on business requirements, collaborating with technical teams for custom reports, interfaces, and extensions, conducting unit testing, system integration testing, and supporting UAT, documenting configurations, test cases, and user guides, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, participating in workshops, demos, and training sessions, handling client communications, managing expectations, and managing timelines, deliverables, and risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting, with at least 4 end-to-end implementations
  • 5+ years overall experience in ERP or SCM domain
  • Strong hands-on experience in at least two Fusion SCM modules
  • Understanding of integration between SCM and other ERP modules
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small teams
  • Willingness to travel for short/long-term onsite assignments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Experience with AMS (Application Management Services) and production support

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is required. Domain/industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics is a plus. Certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM modules are advantageous.
