Senior Design Leader

Aerospace engineering professional sought to lead design team.

  • Maintain regulatory compliance for all design projects across the aero domain.
  • Conduct technical reviews to ensure applicable compliances and identify required trainings.
  • Manage nominees and signatories through accurate records and monthly data review.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering.
  • Minimum 20+ years of experience in aerospace engineering, including knowledge of metallic and composite design.
  • Familiarity with Airbus and Aero OEM programs, as well as Fuselage, Wing, Empennage, Control Surfaces, and various ATA chapters.
  • Proven track record in managing design organizations, including leadership roles in technical audits, proposals preparation, and developing technical skills in new areas.

Prioritization of Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure design organization requirements during technical audits, proposals preparation, and technical skills development.
  2. Coordinate with Quality Assurance Department on process compliances and requirements.
  3. Work closely with Project Managers to collect Logbooks and maintain nominees/signatories data trackers.
