Automation Testing Engineer Role

We're seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team in a challenging contract position. This opportunity offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have expertise in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver and experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD, and Cucumber. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# is also required. Additionally, familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling is necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Agile development processes and be familiar with defect management tools like JIRA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools/frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed test requirements and fully understand application functionality
  • Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and recommend improvements
  • Continuously enhance and optimize test automation frameworks, tools, and processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Act as a technical mentor to junior testers and support knowledge sharing across the team

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree / BE/B.Tech or equivalent in a technical field, along with strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.

You'll work on designing and developing automated test scripts, collaborating with teams to gather test requirements, and executing automated test suites to ensure the highest quality of applications.

Requirements:
