Game Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Game Designer to join our team at Gamemano. The successful candidate will conceptualize, design, and develop engaging gaming experiences for mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create immersive gaming experiences.
  • Design game concepts, storylines, characters, levels, and mechanics that captivate players.
  • Develop detailed game design documents, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate ideas to the development team.
  • Implement game features, UI/UX elements, and mechanics to enhance player engagement and retention.
  • Conduct playtesting and user feedback sessions to gather insights and improve gameplay.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile game design.
  • Work closely with artists and programmers to ensure accurate implementation and meet technical requirements.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance throughout the game development process.
  • Analyze competitor games to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in game design, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in game design, with a proven track record of designing successful games.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.
  • Proficiency in game design tools and software, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
  • Excellent creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile gaming trends, genres, and player preferences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
