Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Design Leader to take charge of our residential and commercial interior projects. As an Interior Design Leader, you will be responsible for leading the design process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

About the Role:

  • This position involves working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
  • You will develop and maintain project schedules, work orders, and BOQs to ensure efficient project management.
  • In addition, you will design and detail custom millwork, lighting, and electrical systems for various interior projects.
  • Another key responsibility is staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in interior design and architecture.
  • You will also conduct site visits to monitor progress, provide feedback, and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design process for interior projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  3. Maintain project schedules, work orders, and BOQs for efficient project management.
  4. Design and detail custom millwork, lighting, and electrical systems.
  5. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  6. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • 4+ years of post-graduate work experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and SketchUp.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Kannada is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on large-scale interior projects.
  • Knowledge of GFC drawings and electrical systems.
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in interior design and architecture.
