We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Applied AI Engineer. This key role will involve working closely with product and engineering teams to prototype, fine-tune, and productionize AI models that power intelligent automation and real-world advisory systems.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models for multi-turn dialogue, entity extraction, reasoning, and decision-making.

You will have hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or Lang Chain, and will work with platform engineers to package models for secure, efficient inference on-premise/cloud.

In addition, you will contribute to rapid experimentation pipelines and scalable AI deployments.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in applied ML or AI research roles, or 3+ years of experience in software engineering or Data Science.

A strong understanding of NLP and generative model architectures is essential, as well as experience fine-tuning or customizing LLMs, especially for reasoning, dialogue, or retrieval-augmented generation.

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is required.
