The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating test schedules, classroom allocations, seating arrangements, invigilation, and maintaining a secure and fair testing environment.
- Collaborate with academic teams to plan and execute test schedules efficiently.
- Manage classroom allocation and seating arrangements to minimize disruptions.
- Oversee the deployment of invigilators and support staff to maintain a secure testing environment.
- Ensure adherence to test protocols and standard operating procedures for accuracy and fairness.
- Maintain accurate records of test attendance for effective analysis and improvement.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for seamless test execution.
- Develop strategies to enhance test-taking experiences.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
