**Key Responsibilities:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Business Development Lead to join our team at Texila Educational and Management Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts in India and across South Asia.

About the Role:

  • To contribute to and ensure the delivery of In-country's overall Sales strategy for Texila American University.
  • To line manage and mentor Business Development Managers and Enrollment Advisors at In-country.
  • To represent Texila American University at education fairs and events in India and potentially, across South Asia.
  • To manage relationships with Indian schools, universities, agencies and other key stakeholders.
  • To undertake significant domestic travel in India and potentially across India to attend educational events and meet with key stakeholders.
  • To oversee systemised communications with students, schools, universities and agencies and work with the Caribbean international team to meet clear KPIs on response times.
  • To deliver and develop engaging student-facing sessions at schools, universities and education events.
  • To oversee systemised 'enquiry funnelling' operation (ensuring that all leads of potential students are followed up and driven from enquiries to applications) with aim of maximising conversion.
  • To oversee process of data capture and analysis to inform future strategy decisions.
  • To work with In-country Projects team to manage and oversee the development of itineraries for visiting academics and officials of Texila American University.
  • To ensure that all KPIs and targets are met.
