Job Overview

The Team Lead for Advanced Data Systems Delivery will lead a team responsible for delivering high-performance, scalable data solutions with a focus on designing and optimizing data architectures for mission-critical Tier 1 systems.

This role requires deep expertise in deploying real-time and batch processing systems utilizing the AI platform to architect scalable topologies, tune critical components, and ensure compliance with NFRs and SLAs while maintaining a strong foundation in data architecture principles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy large-scale data systems
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Designing and implementing data pipelines, APIs, and interfaces to support business needs
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security through rigorous testing and validation

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Expertise in designing and implementing data architectures for Tier 1 systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of data processing concepts, including ETL, ELT, and CDC
