Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related work experience and supervisory experience, as well as a strong understanding of technical, trade, or vocational school principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tools, appliances, and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated, including identifying and operating shut-off valves, ordering and stocking parts and supplies, and maintaining inventory and purchase orders logs.

This role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, management, and other employees. The selected individual will be part of a dynamic team committed to empowering guests to regain control and enhance their well-being while traveling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment
  • Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc.
  • Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves
  • Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed
  • Maintain inventory and purchase orders log
  • Inspect tools, equipment, or machines
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers
  • Operate power lift

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
