Sr. Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to lead and manage a team of structural engineers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading structural engineering projects from concept to completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Developing and reviewing structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures
  • Overseeing the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Extensive experience in structural engineering, preferably in a leadership position
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
