Facilities Management Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of preventive maintenance programs and conservation practices.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in facilities management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Lead/Facilities Manager to monitor M&E projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver complete and accurate facility management reports to stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management services for technical services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical preferred).
• Three to seven years of experience in facilities management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
