Agricultural Laborer

Staff4Me is currently seeking a skilled Crop Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for the cultivation and maintenance of crops, ensuring optimal yields and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to established schedules and procedures.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, harvesting machines, and irrigation systems.
• Monitor crops for pests, diseases, and signs of stress, and apply appropriate treatments as necessary.
• Keep accurate records of crop management activities.
• Maintain and repair farm structures, fences, and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with chemicals or machinery.

Requirements
