We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across enterprise systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities">
  1. Define detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
    - Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
  2. Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects
    - Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to ensure solutions align with technical strategy
  3. Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
    - Evaluate risks and dependencies; proactively address roadblocks
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
    - Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to executive leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    - Strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud-based solutions
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role
    - Proven experience managing large-scale projects involving integrations, CMS, ERP, or custom platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    - Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred
  • Hands-on experience with project tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications">
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    - Exposure to AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks
    - Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
