We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales revenue and market share within the assigned region.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY INSTITUTIONAL CLIENTS AND HIGH NET WORTH INDIVIDUALS (HNWIS) TO UNDERSTAND THEIR INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES AND PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THEIR NEEDS.
  • IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND PARTNER WITH THE MARKETING TEAM TO DEVELOP EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGIES THAT CAPITALIZE ON THESE OPPORTUNITIES.
  • MONITOR SALES PERFORMANCE AND PROVIDE REGULAR REPORTS TO MANAGER ON SALES TRENDS, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVELS, AND OTHER RELEVANT METRICS.
  • LEAD AND MOTIVATE A TEAM OF SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO ACHIEVE SALES GOALS AND OBJECTIVES.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A POST GRADUATE OR GRADUATE DEGREE IN ANY DISCIPLINE.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, INTERPERSONAL, AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND MEET SALES TARGETS WHILE MAINTAINING HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
