Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at NetSysCon. As a key member of our payment solutions startup, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient DevOps processes to ensure seamless product delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust pipelines using Jenkins to streamline our development workflow.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement scalable AWS infrastructures.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of our software by implementing best practices and adhering to PCI standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in design discussions to propose innovative solutions that improve our technology stack.
  • Automate code deployments using various techniques to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure that our software meets all PCI requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 57 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Experience in managing AWS account resources such as VPC, Security Groups, IAM, S3, EKS, MSK, and ELBs.
  • Experience in automating deployment in AWS using various techniques like rolling, Canary, and Blue-Green Deployments.
  • Experience in configuration management tools like Ansible.
  • Experience in automating AWS Infra provisioning using Terraform.
  • Experience of working in PCI compliance infrastructure is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of one scripting language is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
  • Top-notch decision-making and collaborative abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to receive and use constructive criticism.
