Job Description

As a Social Impact Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change and fostering sustainable development. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Project Execution: You will be responsible for the timely execution of projects, ensuring alignment with project plans and delivering quality results.
  2. Implementation Planning: Track quality delivery of detailed implementation plans (DIPs) and secure necessary support for project execution.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to encourage innovative approaches in project activities, promoting effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Operational Management: Address operational challenges promptly in coordination with the program coordinator and Program Lead, ensuring seamless project execution.
  5. Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and ensure goals are met through regular field visits, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.

Additionally, you will:

  • Develop Partnerships: Build relationships with stakeholders across sectors, increasing project and organizational visibility among government and other stakeholders.
  • Advocacy: Identify opportunities to align stakeholder activities with project goals, representing the project and organization at meetings and advocacy forums.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Graduate degree in Social Work or a related field with NGO experience.
  • Experience: 1+ years' experience in program implementation in the social sector.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, develop good relationships with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, eye for detail, meet deadlines, proactive, self-motivated, humility, integrity, and maintain confidentiality.

This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will be expected to carry out any other related duties necessary for the optimum functioning of the organization within your skills and abilities.
