Lead Business Process Analyst for SAP Implementation

As a seasoned professional, you will play a key role in providing expert-level consulting services for Integrated Business Planning within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data flows, mappings, and scripts within SAP CI-DS to facilitate seamless data transfer between IBP and other systems.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to integration workflows and data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business process designs, analyze requirements, and create functional solutions for improved business processes.
  • Develop and implement SAP functional modules, including configuration of reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow, and forms.
  • Produce detailed functional specifications for reporting, interfacing, and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Expertise in all IBP modules, including time series and order series planning, is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in demand planning, sales planning, inventory optimization, and response planning is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to articulate technical knowledge to the business community effectively.
  • Self-motivation, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize tasks are crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills are necessary to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required to collaborate with various departments.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results is essential for this role.
  • Experience working on large-scale support procedures, protocols, and cultures is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience with complex enhancements is also an advantage.
