Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Engineer to lead the development of our mobile applications from concept to deployment. As a key member of our Central Technology Team, you will be responsible for ensuring robust, high-quality code and adherence to design specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot bugs to improve usability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of React Native applications from concept to deployment, ensuring robust, high-quality code and adherence to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bugs to improve usability.
  • Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Stay updated with React Native and related technologies, and explore new technologies that could benefit our projects.
  • Mentor junior developers, imparting your knowledge and experience to help the team grow.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of professional experience in React Native development.
  • Proficient with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, and IntelliJ.
  • Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and team player mentality.
  • Nice to have: Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha, familiarity with continuous integration and delivery, and knowledge of other web and mobile frameworks or technologies.

Bonus

  • Experience with many mobile frameworks and full stack technologies.
  • Experience with Xamarin and.net Maui.
  • Experience with C#.
