Our ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the overall business strategy to grow our BPO and AI-driven service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and introduce new revenue streams.
  • Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee P&L, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Capital Contribution: Contribute agreed capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making.
  • Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold governance standards.
  • Innovation: Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Talent & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
  • Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
